Member Signup for 2020

In order to host or participate in an OSSTA tournament, we would like you to be a member. The annual membership fee is $60. Once you have completed the information below you can choose to pay via Paypal (a reputable online payment company) or by cheque by choosing the appropriate button.

If your association was a member of OSSTA last year, selecting it from the list will fill in all the fields with last year's information. You may then edit any information that has changed since last year before submitting the form.
